What are the quality standards of ceramic fiber board:

1. After the completion of aluminum silicate masonry, stop the external surface finishing. For uneven areas, use a pressure plate to flatten them. For areas with large gaps, cut ceramic fiberboard tiles to make the surface smooth and tight.

2. The thickness of the ceramic fiberboard brick lining must meet the requirements.

3. After measuring the length and width of the thickness, mark nine measurement points according to the positions shown in the figure. Place the circular plate of the needle thickness gauge on the sample, align the hole of the circular plate with the measuring point, and insert the needle tip of the cursor downward. Carefully insert it into the hole in the circular plate. When the needle tip contacts the sample, gently press the cursor so that the needle tip passes through the sample and contacts the glass plate, and then read the thickness.

The Al2O3 content of ceramic fiberboard tiles shall not be less than 45%.

5. Before laying ceramic fiberboard tiles, stop trial laying and firmly adhere the separation layer with staggered gaps.
